1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tbsp coconut butter or 2 tbsp coconut flakes
juice of 1/4 – 1/2 a lemon (to taste)
3 cubes of ice

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender and have it chilled.
Perfect after a workout on a sunny day.
