1 long english cucumber
2 stalks celery
1 lemon peeled
2 thumbs of fresh ginger
1 firm green pear
10-12 spinach leaves
1/2 crown broccoli
1 avocado
2-3 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp of honey or sweetener of your choice
1 cup ice cubes

 

In a juicer, juice the cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger and the pear.
Now blend this juice along with the spinach, mint leaves, avocado, broccoli,ice and the honey in a blender.
Serve chilled
