5 cups whole milk
4 tbsp rice
1 tbsp of rice flour
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
Sliced pistachio
1 tsp rose water
1/2 tsp cardamom

Soak rice for an hour and grind to a coarse paste.
Bring milk to a boil and add the ground rice and rice flour.
Mix in the sugar and add more if u want it sweeter.

Simmer the milk till it thickens
Add cardamom, pistachio and rose water
Spoon into small clay ramekins
Garnish with sliced pistachio
Cover and serve chilled.
