For the Koftas:
1 medium sized lauki peeled and grated coarsely
200 gm of shredded paneer
4 slices of white bread
2 green chillies
1/4 cup of chopped fresh coriander
2tsp of garam masala
1tbsp of all purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
salt to taste
1/4 cup milk
For the Gravy:
2 medium sizes white onion
200 gm of tofu
1/4 cup of melon seeds
1″ pc of cinnamon
3-4 cloves
2 pods of cardamom
1 whole star anise
2 green chillies
1 tbsp oil
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of half n half or 1/4 cup of heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
