  • 2 packs of hide and seek biscuits.
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup of roasted and coarsely chopped walnuts
  • One pack of Eno (Do not use the flavored one)
  • One greased dish for baking (glass preferably since it’s microwave)

 

  1. In a a food processor grind the hide and seek biscuits,add cocoa powder and sugar.
  2. Then mix with milk to achieve the desired consistency,add walnuts and mix again(Please mix in one direction only)
  3. Now add eno and mix and pour the mixture in the baking dish.Microwave for 5 minutes.
  4. Delicious, fresh brownie is ready.
