1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of Chocolate flavored protein powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 Frozen banana
a handful of ice cubes
1 tsp hemp hearts
1 tsp ground flax seed
1tsp chia seeds

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy it chilled post workout.
