Banana Walnut Muffins

3 cups of mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2tbsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups of flour. (I use 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour)
1tsp baking powder
2tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
1tsp ground nutmeg
1tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Grease a muffin pan or use paper liners.
Sieve the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking powder and the baking soda together.
Mix the mashed bananas, oil, honey and the vanilla extract. to it add the walnuts and mix.
Now stir in the dry ingredients n mix all with a light hand.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
