Mix 14 oz of carnation milk, 14oz of condensed milk and 1 cup of heavy cream.
Now to it add the rose water, bread crumbs, cardamom powder,saffron and the pistachios. Mix well. Taste the sweetness. If too sweet then add the remaining 7 oz of carnation milk in batches checking the sweetness.
Fill in ice cream moulds and freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight.
