Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chip morsels
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups hot water

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix.
  4. Stir in hot water and mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs.
