1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 cups chopped baby spinach
4 oz shredded brussel sprouts
1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
1/2 cup toasted and chopped walnuts
1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese4 thinly sliced pears
1 15oz can of cannellini beans rinsed and drained
Make the balsamic dressing by mixing in the oil,vinegar,salt and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl add all the other ingredients and to it add the dressing. Toss to combine.
